Indrek Tustit is a physiotherapist and strength‑conditioning specialist with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of rehabilitation and performance in elite sport. A former national champion in the 400 m hurdles, he brings first-hand athletic insight to his physiotherapy practice, combining biomechanical precision with applied field knowledge.

He holds a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tartu and has served in long-term roles with Olympic and national teams, providing performance support and rehabilitation during multiple international championships. His approach integrates manual therapy, neuromuscular profiling, and progressive loading strategies to guide return-to-play decisions and mitigate injury risk.

Alongside clinical work, Indrek contributes regularly to professional education, delivering lectures and workshops on shoulder and spinal biomechanics, soft tissue therapy, and functional rehabilitation methods in elite sport.

His athlete-centred methodology is grounded in both scientific evidence and years of practical experience—supporting sustained performance and resilience across high-intensity, high-skill sporting domains.
